Position OverviewThe Volume Management Rep Sr. is responsible for coordinating with customers and company partners to improve the gathering and processing of gas, balance the systems and meet our contractual obligations. You will also evaluate data to minimize risk. The ability to communicate, evaluate issues and identify resolutions within a timely manner are keys to success!
Responsibilities and Expectations- Monitors pipeline conditions; anticipates potential issues that would impact customer service and collaborates to find innovative solutions
- Promotes services to all customers; is proactive in addressing situations or concerns
- Provides accurate and timely information to customers
- Performs all scheduling processes and procedures
- Possesses a detailed understanding of all agreements and physical configurations for area of support
- Mentors others
- Provides input into departmental planning, processes and policies
- Leads others in manager’s absence
- Other duties as assigned
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience and minimum four (4) years’ related experience
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Needs proficient knowledge of Gaskit, SAP, Sharepoint
- Needs proficient knowledge of key functionality related to customer service (marketing, commercial, contracts and accounting)
- Knowledge of energy industry
- Must be available to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as the need arises
- May be required to work overtime
