Title: Inbound Sales Specialist

Experience: 2-6 yrs

Job Type: Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H]

Position Type: Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

• Inbound Sales Inquiries (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets).
• Following up with sales leads.
• Order Verification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
• Experience:
  
  2-6 yrs
• Technical/Functional Skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in an upbeat fashion.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry.
  • Understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting.
  • Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel.
  • Understanding open source software such as Word Press, Drupal, Joomla!
  • Ability to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
