Bilingual Therapist (APC) — Spanish/English | Remote

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English APCs to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Georgia. This is a remote role for Associate Professional Counselors only, with free supervision (when caseload requirements are met), guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

Our partner school districts in the State serve large Spanish-speaking populations, and the need for culturally competent bilingual care is significant. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth, this role was built for you.

• Free supervision — provided at no cost when you meet caseload requirements
• Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
• $35–45/hr depending on session type
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in Georgia
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
• No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything

You’ll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Georgia school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You’ll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development.

• Active APC license in Georgia (required — we are only able to hire APCs at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH

$45 - $55 USD
