Operations Support - Remote

We are currently seeking Live Operations Support for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote.

Pay: $23.80/hr (W2)

Full-time, 40 hours/week

7-month assignment through end of year with potential for extension based on performance and business need

Multiple scheduled available; weekend availability is required

• EST hours, Mon – Fri
• PST hours, 11AM onward, Mon – Fri
• CST hours, Sat – Wed

You will support daily operations and quality management across delivery and fulfillment workflows

Monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges before they become widespread

Interact regularly with customers, merchants, and employees

Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures and internal operational tools

Assist with launching and supporting pilot initiatives and operational improvements

• 2+ years of last-mile logistics or live operations support required
• Experience in high-visibility delivery/logistics environments such as Fed Ex, UPS, or similar strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
• Experience with Slack and Google Workspace preferred
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Call center backgrounds will not be considered
