Part‑time, flexible

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group Japanese language instruction to company employees based in the U.S. and U.K.
• Organize and manage student sign‑up and lesson scheduling.
• Provide structured feedback to students after each lesson.
• Assess and track student progress over time.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Dojo Language Program team.

• At least 3 years prior experience as a Japanese language instructor.
• Experience teaching Japanese language lessons to adults in both business and casual contexts.
• Japanese language teaching certificate or equivalent experience.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Ability to work well on a team, offer opinions, and respect others’ opinions.
• Conversational English ability.

Ideal candidate is an experienced Japanese language instructor comfortable teaching adult learners in professional and casual settings, enjoys collaborating with a global cross‑functional team, and can work closely with the Dojo Language Program team based in Tokyo, Japan.

The program uses standard textbooks such as “Japanese for Busy People” and “Marugoto”.
