Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Irvine, CA, for a Customer Success Specialist, with in-office work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday. The Customer Success Specialist serves as the front line for customer support, a key partner in QA testing the Track Stock POU inventory auto-replenishment software on iOS and Android devices, and a motivated closer who converts warm inbound leads into implemented accounts.

Responsibilities span three areas: fielding inbound support calls and implementing accounts closed by the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding; testing newly deployed features on iOS and Android mobile devices while documenting results and communicating findings to the development team; and working assigned inbound leads from businesses inquiring about eTurns Track Stock POU software, guiding them to close. Additional duties include becoming a product expert on Track Stock POU, responding to support tickets and voicemails promptly, conducting customer training sessions, assisting other departments with implementation and special projects, and creating and maintaining training documentation.

  • $65,000 base salary during trial period, reviewed upon successful completion
  • Performance bonus up to 7% for approved software QA testing milestones

Qualifications
  • Some college required
  • Prior customer success or support experience preferred; software implementation experience a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google workspace products
  • Beginning knowledge of Anthropic's Claude AI assistant
  • Comfort with IoT hardware connecting with software, and enthusiasm for learning more about the space
  • Strong communication skills for handling support calls, training sessions, and inbound sales conversations
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday and commute to Irvine, CA, Monday through Wednesday
