How You Will Make An ImpactThe Project Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned customer programs from concept through production and delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment across design, development, order processing, and production. The Project Coordinator drives program execution by coordinating timelines, managing product details, and ensuring all milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering a high level of customer service.
WhatYou Will Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned programs, managing communication and expectations throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Assess overall program needs, including styles and designs, order volumes, project timelines (projected order dates and expected delivery), and any special requirements such as materials planning, manufacturing considerations, order processing, and new product development.
- Guide clients through the style and design selection process by providing recommendations on product options and coordinating color-ups, storyboards, and configurator designs.
- Partner with Development teams to align on briefs, sample needs, and timelines when applicable.
- Prepare and communicate pricing based on program requirements and secure final order approval from customers.
- Manage the pre-production process by confirming final order details, establishing production timelines, and coordinating any required samples including Top of Production, photoshoot, or size set samples.
- Coordinate order entry and ensure all details are accurate and complete prior to release to production.
- Monitor release to production and track progress through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and program expectations.
- Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues throughout the production lifecycle to maintain timelines and ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Development, Production, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Plan future year programming with customers, including timelines, benchmarks, and overall program strategy.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply learnings to enhance future program execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
