We are looking for Language Interpreters for below native languages with good command over English.

• 10 positions – English to Laotian to English
• 5 positions – English to Karen to English
• 5 positions – English to Hmong to English
• 5 positions – English to Khmer to English

Period of Employment: 1‑year contracts renewed every year.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week based on schedule (permanent night shift).

Work Station:
Work from home.

• Excellent English and fluent in the respective native language (able to read & write).
• Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions.
• Must be available for 9‑hour shifts any time during the required schedule (shift may fall anytime between 8 pm – 8 am Malaysia Time; includes a one‑hour break).

• Own stable home internet with a minimum of 10 MB download and 5 MB upload speed.
• Must own either iOS 15 or higher for iPhones or Android 12 or higher for Android phones.
• Huawei/Samsung A‑series phone models are not allowed due to compatibility issues; iPad or tablet are not allowed during training.
• Willing to work permanent night shift and must be willing to work on public holidays and weekends.

Salary: RM 30 per hour, approximately RM 4 800 per month (Malaysian Ringgit).

• Annual leave – 12 days
• Medical and hospitalization leave
• Entitled to 2 days off in a week, rotating any day
• Public holidays and off days as per the country served (US and Malaysia)
• Paid replacement leaves

• Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner.
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the call at all times.
• Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours.
• Follow client instructions in compliance with protocols to ensure client expectations are met with the Limited English‑speaking Person (LEP), avoiding interaction with the LEP without the client’s permission.
