Odyssey is looking for a Bilingual Support Associate to assist English- and Spanish-speaking families and stakeholders with ESA and micro-grant programs. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service via multiple channels and ensuring equitable access to resources.
The ideal candidate will have full professional fluency in both languages, along with customer support experience. The role is remote for candidates in the U.S., preferably in Texas, Utah, Georgia, Louisiana, Iowa, Wyoming, or New York.
