Valenz Health is looking for a full-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator to manage client interactions and documentation while working remotely. You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and facilitating the authorization process.
The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Attention to detail and experience with medical terminology are also beneficial.
