As an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI), you will assist with consecutive bidirectional interpretation, accurately conveying important information between English and Spanish speakers. This role provides a strong foundation in interpretation. After 90 days of consistent performance, interpreters may have the opportunity to transition into Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). This progression allows you to expand your skill set, enhance communication through visual interaction, and gain exposure to more dynamic interpretation scenarios.

• Provide consecutive interpretation services (English ⇄ Spanish)
• Accurately convey meaning, tone, intent, and context
• Maintain professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality
• Adhere to applicable ethics and standards

• Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency (B2/C1 level)
