As an employee (m/f/d) in the dental department, you will take on an intermediary role between IT and operational units within an eight-member team. You will contribute to the development of the claims process in health insurance. By shaping reimbursement principles, conducting quality assurance, and initiating process improvements, you will create a seamless reimbursement experience for our members.

Your contributions to our team will include:

• Development and maintenance of practical work instructions, efficient working tools, programming guidelines, and training materials
• Processing templates from the nationwide service centers
• Conducting individual correspondence, e.g., complaints (BaFin and Ombudsman) and phone calls with process-related parties (policyholders, dentists, lawyers)
• Developing quality assurance measures and ensuring and improving our processing standards
• Creating statistical evaluations and assessing the impact on the claims process
• Providing technical support for the development of our IT systems (e.g., integration of artificial intelligence)

We are looking for someone who has:

• A completed degree in healthcare or business administration, or a completed insurance-related vocational training
• Preferably experience in the claims area of private or statutory health insurance, with a focus on dental treatment
• A structured approach to thinking and working
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independence and team spirit
