Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish — making a real impact across one of the world's most widely spoken languages and its many regional varieties.

The Role
We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish — making a real impact across one of the world's most widely spoken languages and its many regional varieties.

- Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional appropriateness
- Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, and formality levels
- Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and relevance
- Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and cultural mismatches
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve overall localization quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
- Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants (Latin American, Castilian, etc.)
- Experience adapting or evaluating content for Spanish-speaking audiences
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Attention to detail and consistency
- No prior AI experience required
- Experience in translation, localization, or content adaptation
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of multiple Spanish regional dialects and their nuances
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs
