Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Lat Am to support our growing AI-powered SaaS platform. This remote, contract role requires hands-on debugging of modern web apps and close collaboration with customers across time zones.
You will investigate issues end‑to‑end, reproduce bugs, and guide users with clear, empathetic communication while surfacing patterns to product teams. Experience with React/Node/Next.js and familiarity with AI APIs is highly valued.
