Karen Creole Telephonic Interpreters Wanted (Work From Home)

Certified Languages International (CLI) stands at the forefront of world‑class interpreting services, and has since its inception in 1996. Thousands of organizations across the country rely on CLI to help them communicate with a growing demographic of Limited English Proficient (LEP) speakers.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform 100% over-the-phone interpretation.
• Interpret for a high volume of calls, mostly medical and other industries such as insurance, financial, utilities, customer service, and state courts.
• Work as a freelance interpreter (independent contractor) from home, setting your own schedule and providing services 24/7 via the online portal or landline telephone.
• Maintain U.S. legal work status (SSN or EIN & Photo ) and reside in the United States.
• Get paid per minute for every minute spent interpreting; pay issued twice a month (15th and last day) via direct deposit.
• Complete CLI’s Language Assessment.

Minimum qualifications:

two years of professional interpreting experience, preferably over‑the‑phone.

Current hiring restrictions:
Not recruiting interpreters in California, New Jersey, or New York.
