Must hold strong experience with French language / French translation specialization

• 0-2 years of Experience as a French Translator / French language Specialist
• Must be Flexible with Rotational Shifts & weekoffs (365 days, 24/7 support).
• Excellent Communication Skills in both French and English (Read, Write, email etiquette)
• Have a good understanding of all forms of public transport
• Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated. QGIS skills are preferable.
• 1 year technical support or other problem‑solving experience is preferred, not necessary.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
• Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.
• Good Judgment and Decision Making Capability.
• Educational background:
  Any Graduate.
• Customer service background (Communications team), but not necessary.
