Wider Circle is seeking a bilingual telehealth physician in New Mexico to serve as the clinical entry point for the Wider Care+ pilot. You will perform initial telehealth assessments, confirm clinical needs, synthesize medical and social context, and set prioritized goals for the care team over months of support.
This 1099, part-time role offers fully virtual visits, flexible scheduling (6–10+ hours/week), and an emphasis on whole-person care for older adults and complex populations.
