As a Bilingual Immigration Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for immigrant employees navigating a life changing process guiding them with clarity, compassion, and cultural understanding every step of the way.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collect questionnaires and documents from clients and their employees and follow up accordingly.
  • Set up folders in the case management system.
  • Copy, print, and scan immigration paperwork and filing packages.
  • Guide employees through immigration processes with clarity and reassurance.
  • Respond to questions and concerns thoughtfully and with empathy.
  • Explain services, processes, timelines, and next steps in clear, client-friendly terms.
  • Communicate daily with employees in Spanish via phone calls and Whats App messages.
  • Update trackers and case management systems accordingly.
  • Follow up, collect, and organize required documents.
  • Accurately enter client data into internal databases.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a legal or professional office setting (immigration experience a plus, not required)
  • Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (spoken, reading, and writing)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Warm, empathetic communication style you genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
  • Must possess valid employment authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
Location & Schedule

This is a hybrid position based in our ULS office, with in office days Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. This schedule offers hands-on training and daily collaboration with our team in person, along with a flexible day to close out the week.
