Location: Maryland Heights
United Health Group is seeking a Pre-Visit Coordinator to support a remote, fast-paced call center environment. You will conduct telephonic assessments and coordinate care for members, documenting medical histories and ensuring access to PCPs.
Training is provided, with regular hours 9:45am–6:15pm CST and potential overtime. Required are 2+ years in healthcare-related call center work, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with MS Office.
