Location: Maryland Heights
Optum is seeking a Bilingual English and Spanish Pre-Visit Coordinator. This remote role is based in the United States with hours 9:45am–6:15pm CST and potential overtime.
You will support Pre-Visit assessments for House Calls visits, coordinating with providers and members to ensure up-to-date information is captured. You will work in a fast-paced call center from home, documenting medical history, and helping members access a PCP.
