Job Summary:

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality audio samples in Singaporean English to support AI language model development
• Transcribe, annotate, and review audio data ensuring precision and linguistic accuracy
• Apply your deep understanding of Singaporean English phonetics and pronunciation to refine data quality
• Collaborate with the customer's team to follow and improve AI workflows and data collection protocols
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated audio and transcripts for naturalness and correctness
• Maintain detailed documentation of completed tasks and provide feedback on process enhancements
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, sharing insights and reporting issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Singaporean English, with a clear understanding of local nuances, slang, and pronunciation
• Proven expertise in audio transcription, annotation, or data collection
• Familiarity with phonetics and linguistic analysis, especially Singaporean English features
• Experience using digital recording tools or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clarity, accuracy, and professionalism are a must
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional audio recording experience (voice acting, podcasting, audio engineering, or related fields)
• Background in linguistics, phonetics, or language education
• Prior involvement with AI or technology-driven projects
