Location: Town of Poland
Arrow ECS is hiring a Junior Network & Security Engineer for a 24/7 Global Support Centre. The role involves troubleshooting networking and security issues, providing phone and email support to customers worldwide, and coordinating hardware replacements with senior engineers.
You will work in a 24/7 continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts, 4-day blocks) with weekends and holidays coverage, and have opportunities for training and certifications.
