Humana Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Care Management Support Assistant to connect with members by phone, complete non-clinical assessments, identify barriers to care, and help access benefits. This remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish and strong documentation across systems.
You will work in a call center setting, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting care teams. The shift is 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, with initial training hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST.
