Empower is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead a remote team of 4–6 agents overnight (12AM–8AM EST) with weekend shifts, while remaining available for standard business hours for training and meetings. You will drive 24/7 service excellence and coach agents to grow professionally.
You will mentor, optimize escalations, recruit and train new staff, and sustain QA processes. A strong Zendesk background and outstanding communication are essential for success in this role.
