1st Choice & is seeking a dedicated CAS Assessor to support New York’s IDD services. You will conduct person-centered CAS assessments in homes and community settings, guiding individualized care plans. The role includes regional travel and ensuring accurate documentation in state systems.
Must have a Bachelor’s in a human services field;
Master’s preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus bilingual English/Spanish, are highly valued.
