Vynca seeks a Clinical Outreach Specialist to connect with prospective clients and guide them through Enhanced Care Management. You’ll conduct outreach calls, educate on ECM, and coordinate with the care team to tailor plans for those with complex needs.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in high-volume telephonic outreach, strong communication, and a quiet, secure remote workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
