Scion Staffing, on behalf of a boutique law firm, is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Intake Specialist to serve as the first contact with prospective clients. You will conduct intake conversations in Mandarin and English, collect information, assess matters against criteria, explain consultation processes and fee structures, and coordinate next steps with the legal team.
The role is fully remote with preference for candidates on the West Coast or able to work Pacific Time hours.
