Contract Rate: $12.00/hour
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: 100% Remote
Language Requirement:
Fluent Spanish & English
We are hiring bilingual Spanish/English independent contractors for a remote healthcare appointment scheduling and outbound customer service program
.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to health plan members.
- Educate members about free in-home health evaluations.
- Schedule medical/health appointments.
- Follow scripts and professionally overcome objections.
- Accurately document member interactions.
- Must speak and write Spanish and English fluently.
- Strong customer service, sales, or call-center skills.
- Comfortable making back-to-back outbound calls.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Own computer equipment, dual monitors, and reliable internet.
- Must complete background check and photo .
- Must complete required registration, assessment, and certification process.
Service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM ET and Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ET
. Contractors must be available for at least 4 hours on Monday and/or Friday
.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not W-2 employment.
