Concert Health is seeking a Collaborative Care Clinician I to join a nationwide behavioral health team. The associate-level clinician provides evidence-based interventions through the Collaborative Care Model for pediatric and adult patients with mild to moderate symptoms.
The role reports to the Clinical Excellence Manager and requires a Master’s degree, NC licensure, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Opportunities for supervision and a supportive work environment are highlighted.
