Nadia Care seeks a remote, bilingual Spanish-speaking Phone Outreach Associate to engage new members and clearly explain our services. You will memorize scripts, adapt on calls, and serve as the voice of the company with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The role reports to the Phone Outreach Team Lead within the Marketing & Member Enrollment group. You’ll work 9:30am–6:30pm CT with potential overtime, contributing to membership growth and community support.
