As a Video Remote Interpreter, you will provide accurate and efficient interpretation in various settings, facilitating effective communication between English and Spanish speakers.

• Provide over-the-phone and video consecutive interpretation in medical, legal, and social service environments.
• Accurately convey messages while maintaining professional neutrality and confidentiality.
• Research terminology to ensure a thorough understanding of specialized fields.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to bridge gaps between diverse backgrounds.

• Bilingual Excellence:
  
  Native-level or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English (C1/C2 level).
• Professionalism:
  
  Ability to handle high-pressure or sensitive situations with grace.
• Core
  
  Skills:
  
  Outstanding listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.
• Experience:
  
  Previous interpretation experience is preferred, but we welcome all highly skilled candidates!

To ensure the highest quality for our clients, the following setup is required:

• OS:
  
  Windows 10/11 or macOS 12.7+ (fully updated).
  
  Note:
  
  Remote/Virtual PCs are not permitted.
• Specs:
  
  CPU Intel 6th Gen (i5-6xxx) or AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM minimum.
• Internet:
  
  Wired connection via Starlink, xDSL, Coaxial, or Fiber. (No LTE/4G or Wi-Fi).
• Audio:
  
  USB wired headset with uni-directional mic.
