Giant Voice Specailist

College Park, MD (remote/travel required)

Pay From: $40.00 per hour

• Experienced Giant Voice Specialist
• Ability to obtain a clearance is required
• 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to price/give estimates on project bids
• Giant Voice experience is a must
• Electrician Technical experience to test equipment used to install / repair
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills.
• Army experience preferred
• Must be able to travel

• Uses engineering knowledge and methods to design, install, support, and repair technological tools and equipment at a field location.
• Analyzes user needs; builds, modifies, installs, and tests products.
• Support overall sustainment and repair operations of the Army’s Giant Voice including the management, operation, and maintenance of associated hardware, software, and processes. Demonstrate through understanding of area of responsibility.
• Document repair information of hardware, software, in conjunction with geospatial data.
• Perform and conduct research of potential resolution of assigned technical issues
• Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external partners including but not limited to, 3rd party support team, and Government customers.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially those surrounding safety and communications.
