Attorney Litigation Remote

They seek a motivated Associate Attorney with Civil Litigation experience to join one of two teams. This full-time remote role is a unique opportunity open to candidates with an active California Bar membership.

This role is for a true professional who can deliver quality legal service with minimal supervision. Candidates should expect to handle court hearings, legal research, drafting motions, depositions, and other litigation-related tasks from their home office with occasional travel for court appearances. Northern California residents have the option to work out of the San Francisco or East Bay offices.

Candidates must be licensed in California and possess strong research, writing, and communication skills. Compensation includes a base salary commensurate with experience and includes benefits featuring health and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid leave.
