Overview
Georgia Personal Injury - Litigation Paralegal •
Remote Work Schedule Available Following Firm Guidelines

- Oversee personal injury litigation cases involving automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare from inception to resolution;
- Prepare and handle discovery requests efficiently;
- Draft complaints and file necessary legal documents;
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials; and
- Create detailed medical chronologies.
- Must have extensive experience in managing personal injury litigation cases specifically related to automobile, trucking, premises, and daycare incidents.
- Proficient in electronically filing case documents in both Federal and State Courts.
- Skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and maintaining effective client communications.
- Must be based in Georgia for consideration.
