Position Overview: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This position can be based at any of the firm's offices, with flexibility including remote work and occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, with at least five years of litigation experience. Proficiency in managing complex litigation documents, familiarity with Relativity or similar platforms, and experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Asana are preferred.

Responsibilities: Support trial counsel through all litigation stages, including drafting legal documents, conducting investigations, assisting with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Proficiency in electronic and paper filing procedures, court rules, and legal research is required.

Skills and Qualities: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, willingness to work overtime and travel, and experience recording billable hours.

Additional Details: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and submit resumes only for active postings. The firm offers comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $85,000 - $97,500 for certain locations.
