EXPERIENCED Personal Injury Case Manager/Paralegal
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PERSONAL INJURY Paralegal or Case Manager with at least 3–5 years of experience in handling PI matters from initiation to closing. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

- You have at least 3–5 years of experience handling personal injury matters from initiation to closing.

Our firm is growing, and we will be hiring several case managers and other staff. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, we will be open to offering you the opportunity to partially remote work. We are looking for candidates who reside in Madison, Fayette, Garrard, or surrounding counties.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Conduct legal research as needed.
- Assist with document review, including summarizing and analyzing legal documents.
- Draft legal correspondence, memos, and other legal documents.
- Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the case.
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Transcribe notes from meetings and interviews.
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Attention to detail for reviewing legal documents and drafting accurate correspondence.
- Proficiency in using legal research databases.
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case.
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently.
- Strong interviewing skills to gather information from clients or witnesses.
Pay: $32,147.00 – $42,000.00 per year
