A leading business process outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic Corporate Legal Counsel to advise on legal matters and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a Juris Doctor degree, and an active bar certification. This role will involve contract negotiation and managing corporate governance, all while working remotely. Candidates must be able to foster business relationships and bring in new e-Discovery processing and hosting clients.

Competitive salary ranges from $160,000 to $200,000, with additional commission opportunities.
