Remote Insurance Defense Partner
A mid-sized litigation firm is hiring a fully remote senior litigator to handle a defense-heavy docket across insurance defense, commercial transportation/trucking, premises liability, and construction defect matters
. This could be a partner role. No portables needed.
The firm is looking for an attorney with 7+ years of civil litigation experience who can independently drive case strategy—
drafting and arguing motions, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, reporting to carriers, and negotiating resolutions
—while collaborating seamlessly with a dispersed team.
You must hold an active bar license in Texas, Oklahoma, or Arizona (one is sufficient). The role requires 160 - 180 billable hours per month and a $150,000–$175,000 base salary commensurate with experience.
Discretionary end of year bonus.
