This is a full-time in office role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting the assigned attorney with managing a caseload from inception to trial, including preparing and arguing motions, attending and conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. The role involves handling discovery, scheduling necessary events, filing pleadings, and assisting with the drafting of pleadings.

The paralegal will work closely with attorneys and other support staff to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

• Proficiency in Law and legal principles
• Experience with preparing Motions and Filings
• Knowledge of Courts and court procedures
• Ability to manage disclosure for document intensive cases
• Scheduling depositions and IMEs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to consistently meet billing requirements
• Experience reviewing medical records is a plus
