• Salary $200k-$250k (commensurate w/ experience)
• Bonus Structure based on % of Attorneys Fees collected

• Lead and manage a high-volume caseload of lemon law claims, from initial consultation through trial or resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including motions and trials.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Collaborate with the firm's leadership to develop legal strategies and maintain client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory developments in lemon law and consumer protection.
• Engage in client consultations to provide strategic legal advice and foster positive relationships.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lemon law, consumer protection, or civil litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex cases and delivering favorable results.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for consumer rights and commitment to achieving justice for clients.
