Latitude is seeking an experienced business immigration attorney for an exciting full-time contract engagement with one of its global public company clients. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience representing multinational corporations looking to sponsor foreign professionals for work visas and green cards and must be comfortable handling a high-volume business immigration workload, including H1

Bs, L-1

As, L-1

Bs, O-1s, E-3s, etc. Prior experience working in the business immigration practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation, is preferred.

Requirements for the Business Immigration Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the business immigration practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or a corporate legal department
• Experience with a high volume business immigration practice working on full slate of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1s.
• Experience providing advice on case-specific complex immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify
• Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references

Position Details of the Business Immigration Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement)

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $175,000. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).

Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
