Senior Insurance Defense Attorney – Fully Remote (TX Licensed) Join a Nationally Respected Litigation Firm
Are you a seasoned litigator ready for a flexible, fully remote opportunity? A leading national firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers autonomy, strong support, and competitive compensation—all while working from anywhere.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex insurance defense matters
- Oversee all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff
- Maintain a monthly billable target of 160 hours
- 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Active license in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and efficiently
- Salary: $160,000–$180,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus:
Annual performance-based bonus
