Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This role is permanent, offering a unique opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases in the family law sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Custody, Family Law, Negotiation, Court Appearances, Child Custody, Child Support, and Spousal Support, and will make a significant impact helping clients navigate difficult family law matters.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations effectively and professionally.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and marital settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough case assessments to identify potential legal issues and develop effective strategies to resolve them.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in family law and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing family law.
- Active member of the state bar in good standing.
- Proven experience in handling complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client‑focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
