A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Senior/Director, Intellectual Property, Contract and Licensing Counsel to manage IP strategy and support licensing activities. You will oversee global patent and trademark portfolios, provide legal advice, and draft contracts in a dynamic, flexible work environment. The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, significant experience in pharma/biotech, and excellent negotiation skills.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to the New Providence, NJ office.
