Role Description  This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Lawyer located in Winnipeg, MB, with some flexibility to work from home. The Litigation Lawyer will be part of a growing litigation team and handle a variety of client legal matters, including analyzing and addressing legal issues, providing sound legal advice, representing clients in court proceedings, and participating in negotiation processes.

The individual will also collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications   Open minded and willing to learn new ways to practice litigation
Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and representing clients in Courts
Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
License to practice law in Manitoba
Experience in litigation or related legal areas is an asset
