TERRIFIC NEW OPPORTUNITY IN PALM BEACH COUNTY

Professional regional law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least five years of experience and extensive financial experience.

• Support all aspects of real estate transaction
• Preparing and maintaining closing checklists
• Performing title and survey review, and issuing policies and endorsements
• Researching public filings
• Handling due diligence
• Drafting contracts, closing documents, letters of intent, and leases
• Coordinating closing/post-closing matters, and creating closing binders

• 5+ Years of paralegal-level Commercial real estate experience
• Real Estate Financing experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Florida Law experience is preferred
• Organized and Dependable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
