- Handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including professional liability, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, and employment disputes.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Take expert depositions and, depending on experience, first-chair or second-chair trials.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Travel as needed for court appearances and depositions (remote work options available).
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to practice in California or Nevada (depending on office location).
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred for senior roles.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: $145,000-$225,000+
