• Provide defense in workers’ compensation claims and related litigation.
• Deliver strategic, detail-oriented advocacy with thorough preparation and clear communication.
• Collaborate with clients, risk managers, insurers, and claims administrators as needed.

• Be a lawyer in the state of California in good standing (required).
• Minimum 2–5 years of defense experience required.
• personable and friendly character.
• Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Able to work using case management software in a paperless environment.
