Position Title: Sr Estate Planning/transaction Attorney

This position offers an opportunity for a seasoned attorney specializing in estate planning and transactions. The role requires a professional who is not only well-versed in estate planning but also eager to mentor junior associates. The candidate will engage in various aspects of estate planning, tax, and transactional work, making a significant impact on client relationships. Challenges may arise due to the independent nature of the role, especially in the initial stages.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while demonstrating strong judgment and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE

• Manage estate planning matters independently and oversee client relationships
• Engage in drafting wills and trusts
• Collaborate with paralegals to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Mentor junior attorneys and serve as a resource for the team

• 5-10 years of estate planning and administration experience
• Desire to mentor other associates
• Experience or interest in the overlap between estate planning, tax, and transactional work
• Barred in CA
• Flexibility is preferred
