Toland Law is an estate planning, probate, and elder law practice in Hamden, Connecticut. We are seeking a part‑time Paralegal (15–20 hours per week) to support our probate and estate planning practice. This role is primarily in‑office, with some flexibility for remote work once trained.
You Will Work Directly With The Attorney To- prepare probate and estate planning documents
- manage filings and deadlines
- communicate with clients
- keep matters moving smoothly from start to finish
This is a long‑term role for someone who enjoys being part of a small, collaborative firm.
